I’d needed to pay using Phonepe at a petrol pump. Thanks to processing time it was taking, I was asked to wait aside until it processed. After showing no sign of processing the transaction even after 15 – 20 minutes of waiting, I’d contacted Phonepe support. The solution according to them was to wait an hour!! Like seriously? I’d then used another UPI app to pay through. Now I check the status of the transaction on Phonepe after almost a day – it says its debited. Basically, I’d paid twice.
