I think MBA is doing selective ROI payment. I was at their office today to ask if there is any issues that will affect my payment so we can sort it out as I’m due to be paid today. Their response was disappointing. Telling me to wait and if I don’t get paid today, I should come back to their office tomorrow to make an official complain. This is unacceptable
Let’s be patient with MBA cuz they have shown comnendable level of commitment b4 now,am sure this migration will certainly be for good but the MBA team should do more in times of cuatomer relations to reassure investors not to panic sequel to this migration development.
The new digital MBA platform should be able 2 handle online submissions of all passport, Utility bills & statement cuz accessing MBA offices is such a hectic experience.
